TenDLite Pain Therapy

Hi there! Sometimes I put on my Nurses’ Cap and speak from a very clinical perspective about pain control and pain relief.

This is super-important to me on several layers and for many reasons. First, we have an emotional response to chronic pain. We get angry, frustrated and even depressed when unrelenting pain wears us down to our last nerve, and we even get to where we believe that pain is never going to leave us. And of course, this depressed, flat, or angry feeling actually intensifies the emotional and stress response to pain. Talk therapy, awakened hypnotherapy, and guided imagery are all effective to help us with the emotional response, but what about the actual physical reason?

It occurred to me today while I was using my Tendlite® device to let others know about it, too. This little light is cleared by the FDA for pain relief. It’s a laser-style light, not hot to touch, and very effective in soft tissue and skeletal pain relief. In the years I’ve owned this device, I have used it to treat my own plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis in the hands and knees, and random muscular pain. I’m not the only health profession that uses it for personal use and recommends it, I’ve also used it with great success when I had a clinic and saw patients. I’m including a link to the Amazon source where I purchased my light. It’s one of the most effective Rx-strength but Over-The-Counter devices of its sort for the best in anti-inflammatory and analgesic red-light therapy. While you’re on the Amazon link, read the reviews, and decide for yourself.
